My sketching project is still going strong, although I do tend to skip a day or two and then sit down to sketch two or three at a time. It’s funny how hard it is to find 5 minutes in your day, but 15 minutes every three days is okay.
I will say one thing – I have sketched a lot of antlers so far. Out of the 31 days in January, over half of them were some form of deer, moose, or elk. 17, in fact, versus the 14 animals without antlers.
Every time I see another antler I’m like “NOOOO NOT AGAIN!!!” However, I must admit that I am getting better at them.
Or at least faster :]
But every time I see a non-antlered animal, I feel like I’ve been given a reprieve!
